Cogi Farm Equestrian Community

Hundreds of acres of rolling countryside sometimes can only be truly appreciated from a birds-eye view.   Fly over Cogi Farm with an interactive panorama, then dive down into the imagery and content to explore the quality details of this five-star equestrian property, its training facilities, recreational options, and exclusive villas.  The website’s award-winning design conveys a refined, yet textured and rustic elegance for the signature Cogi brand.

Abrams Development Group

One of the largest developers in Columbia, Maryland, Abrams required a new corporate identity, logo, and website to showcase its 2+ million sq. ft. of office and flex projects. The new site and logo features custom photography to qualitatively depict its properties, and a system to easily update the online portfolio.

 




Corridor Reznick, LLC

Corridor Reznick commissioned AWP and DCPR to create a new site as it approach its 20th year of providing real estate guidance. The site refreshes with newly featured properties for sale and lease, client case studies, staff, and news. It also includes a dynamic content manager, allowing Corridor to easily update and maintain the site without technical know-how.

 

RST Development

This mid-Atlantic developer of affordable housing required a new identity and online presence.  Website, corporate brochure, and unifying logos for three affiliate companies were created.  A PR program highlghted RST's innovative  community developments, generating coverage to build exposure, and placements to populate the website.
