News : Hyatt Commercial Signs with DCPR for Web Redevelopment
Annapolis real estate firm updates online identity

January 2, 2005 – Washington, DC – Hyatt Commercial, Annapolis’ oldest and most-established commercial real estate firm, has engaged DCPR and Annapolis Web Publishing for the redevelopment of their corporate website.

 

Founded over 50 years ago by Annapolis business icon Louis Hyatt, the firm has expanded from beyond brokerage to include property management, investor services and related real estate capabilities.  Hyatt’s growth and success triggered the need for an updated web presence – one that articulates the firm’s current capabilities and mirrors the colors and design of its recently updated corporate logo and identity.

 

DCPR and Annapolis Web Publishing have teamed to create the design, information architecture, content, and produce the website. Both firms have extensive experience working with commercial and residential real estate requirements, having collaborated on several projects.  Hyatt’s site (www.hyattcommercial.com) is expected to go live in July, 2005.
