Atlantic Realty Engages DCPR to Redefine Online Identity

More than a fresh coat of paint:  in-depth discovery and brand assessment yield fresh new built-to-suit website.

January 5, 2004– Washington D.C. – The Atlantic Realty Companies (ARC) engaged DCPR to a conduct a brand assessment and build their new corporate website.  ARC, which has developed and managed millions of square feet of commercial space throughout the D.C. metro region over its 13 year history, had outstripped its previous website identity.

ARC sought a more sophisticated online presence, with progressive design and graphics, clearer navigation, and thoroughly updated content that spoke to its breadth of services and successes.

Rather than take a patchwork or cosmetic approach, ARC viewed the entire project as an opportunity to re-assess its identity, ensuring that the investment in a new website would best reflect and showcase its capabilities.  They also needed the new website to function as a platform for showcasing and marketing its numerous commercial properties.

Before concepts or designs are created, DCPR's team will undertake an internal and external assessment and market study, including messaging and competitive differentiation that will form the blueprint for the site’s personality.  Once complete the website will provide a compelling visual scheme, easily navigated architecture and content to emphasize ARC’s expertise and success stories, supported through the use of numerous case studies.
