CRC Commercial Enlists DCPR & AWP for Rebrand & Web
 

Real estate firm's 40-year evolution uses rebranding and new website to update and better align its identity.

April 27, 2004 – Washington, D.C. – The Community Realty Companies (CRC) engaged DCPR & Annapolis Web Publishing (AWP) for website redevelopment, undertaking a corporate identity assessment and combining its two divisions into a single unified online presence.

Founded over 40 years ago, CRC had evolved from its original mission of managing its founders’ properties, to a diversified company providing leasing, sales, property management and advisory services to owners of commercial and multifamily properties.   In its previous online presence, the commercial and multifamily divisions appeared as standalone entities.  The Greenbelt, Maryland-based company desired a more strategic alignment and linkage, folding all of its services and capabilities under a single umbrella identity.

After a thorough evaluation of CRC’s business, the DCPR team architected and designed a new website, with updated positioning and fresh content.
