April 3, 2003 – Washington D.C. – RST Development, developer and owner of affordable housing enlisted DCPR to develop a new company website, corporate brochure, and the undertaking of a public relations program that includes media outreach, special events, case studies, awards and contributed articles. Founded in 1996, RST built a successful track record as developer and owner of over 4,000 housing units in 26 communities throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Along with its two affiliated companies, Hercules Real Estate Services, and Triangle Construction, RST required logos for the three related companies, a capabilities brochure, and website. With its recent hiring of two vice presidents of acquisition and construction, RST's expansion plans also called for promoting greater awareness of the company and its development expertise. "Given the success of our developments and the continued need for affordable housing throughout the country, RST is positioned for additional growth. We're at the stage where we need to clearly define and scale up our voice, and have the means to effectively communicate our story," said RST Development principal Scott Copeland. Amongst other goals, DCPR's public relations program will highlight recently completed and RST's newly undertaken affordable housing developments, as well as its expertise in forming strong public-private partnerships.
